Fakturan som redovisar de köp som är gjorda med det nya St1 Business-kortet har St1 som avsändare men det kommer att vara Shell-logotyp på fakturan till och med april 2025.

Ja, från och med den 1 november 2024 har vi nytt Bankgiro.

Alla som har pappersfakturor  kommer att få två dokument, en faktura samt en fakturasammanställning.

OBS! Betala alltid beloppet som framkommer på sammanställningen.

Det stämmer, de som har elektronisk eller PDF-faktura får ingen fakturasammanställning bifogad. Den kan istället laddas ner från Mina Sidor.

Om du fortsätter att använda ditt gamla kort samt det nya kortet kommer du att få två olika fakturor. En från respektive kort.

OBS! Det gamla kortet går endast att använda till senast 7 januari 2025.

Med det nya St1 Business-kortet kommer du att få ett nytt kundnummer. Det nya kundnumret kommer börja med SE.

As a customer you will get new possibilities via the new St1 Business card. For example, the new St1 Business card allows fuelling in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The international functionalities are available for cards where international purchases are allowed. To change the region, where you can use your new St1 Business card, please contact St1 customer service. In addition, you can fuel and enjoy on-the-road services all over Europe thanks to our cooperation with Shell.

We are continuously improving our services. Soon you will also be able to connect your new St1 Business card with the St1 Business mobile application for a complete experience. 

Another new feature is paying for EV charging with your St1 Business card. The payment is so simple! Just tap the card at the charger and you’re done! This functionality will be introduced in 2025. Specific timetables related to EV charging will be communicated in due course. 

The current St1 B2B card will stop working 30.12.2024.  You should start using the new St1 Business card when you receive it.

For now, the use of Shell Card continues normally. You will be contacted and informed when the re-carding starts in 2025, you don’t have to take actions at this point.

Paying for EV charging with St1 Business card is a new functionality, which will be introduced at a later stage. More specific timetable related to EV will be communicated later.

As a current customer you can enable the Liquid Biogas (LBG) purchases for the new St1 Business card by contacting customer service or by contacting your sales representative.

Customer with an old St1 B2B Card will get their PIN codes replaced when they receive a new St1 Business card. Customers who are using St1 Business My Pages can view and change the PIN code of their cards in St1 Business My Pages.

Yes. The card number will change for all current customers when the current cards are replaced with the new St1 Business card.

For current St1 B2B Card customers the product codes will change. If you have questions related to the product codes, please be in contact with customer service or your sales representative. 

Yes, it will still be possible to amend product groups and products on the card by contacting customer service. 

Yes, it is possible to enable e-invoices for the new St1 Business card. Please note that the sender will will be updated in future invoices and that we no longer offer consumer type e-invoicing with new St1 Business card.

Yes, the invoices can be directly debited. If your current card invoices are directly debited, the new invoices will continue to be directly debited as before. This requires no action from you.

Yes, as a leasing company customer you can pay for parking with the new St1 Business card as before.

The new St1 Business card can be used for payment in over 1200 St1- and Shell stations in Finland, Sweden and Norway. The international functionalities are available for cards where international purchases are allowed. To change the region, where you can use your new St1 Business card, please contact St1 customer service.

In addition, you can use the St1 Business card in Europe at more than 10 000 stations which are offered by our co-operation network with Shell.

For current St1 B2B customers there will be changes in the invoicing layout, for example all invoices will have a Shell logo. The invoice layout will get a refresh during 2025.
